Who We Are: Infy.TV, LLC is headquartered in Roslyn, NY, with operations in Ahmedabad, India. When we use the terms “Infy.LLC”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this Privacy Policy, we are referring to Infy.TV, LLC.

Our Services: When we use the term "services", we are referring to our Connected Television Ad Serving ("CTV") and server-side ad insertion technologies. This Privacy Policy does not cover or address excluded services, e.g., services that we provide solely on behalf of a third party or personal information and privacy practices relating to job applicants, employees and other personnel.

What is personal information?

From the first moment you interact with us, we are collecting personal information about you. Sometimes we collect personal information automatically when you interact with our services and sometimes we collect the personal information directly from you. Personal Information Automatically Collected

As is true of most digital platforms, we collect certain personal information automatically through your connected TV device, including:

• Log File Data, including your internet protocol (IP) address, operating system, browser type, browser id, device id, date/time of visit, and pages visited.

• Analytics Data, including the electronic path you take to our services, through our services and when exiting our services, as well as your usage and activity on our services, such as the links and object you view, click or otherwise interact with (also known as “Clickstream Data”).

• Location Data, including your general geographic location based on your IP address or more precise location when accessing our online services through a mobile device.

Personal Information from Other Sources and Third Parties

We also obtain personal information from other sources, which we often combine with personal information we collect either automatically or directly from you. We receive the same categories of personal information as described above from the following sources and third parties:

Within Infy.TV, LLC - We enable 3rd party CTV programmers to offer free programming in return for targeted advertising. Infy.TV, LLC entities disclose personal information to other of our entities for purposes and uses that are consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Business Transaction or Reorganization: We may take part in or be involved with a corporate business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, joint venture, or financing or sale of company assets. We may disclose personal information to a third party during negotiation of, in connection with or as an asset in such a corporate business transaction. Personal information may also be disclosed in the event of insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership.

Legal Obligations and Rights: We may disclose personal information to third parties, such as legal advisors and law enforcement:

We will need to verify your identity before processing your request. In order to verify your identity, we will generally either require the successful login to your account or the matching of sufficient information you provide us to the information we maintain about you in our systems. Although we try to limit the personal information collected in connection with a request to exercise the right to know and/or the right to deletion to that personal information identified on the California Resident Rights Request Form, certain requests may require us to obtain additional personal information from you. In certain circumstances, we may decline a request to exercise the right to know and/or right to deletion, particularly where we are unable to verify your identity.

To Exercise Your Right to Opt Out of Personal Information Sales

You do not need to create an account with us to exercise your Right to Opt Out of Personal Information Sales. However, we may ask you to provide additional personal information so that we can properly identify you in our dataset and to track compliance with your opt out request. Minors Under Age 16

“Shine the Light”

In addition to the rights described above, California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code Section §1798.83) permits California residents that have an established business relationship with us to request certain information regarding our disclosure of certain types of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year.
